In a groundbreaking achievement for James Monroe Homes, we earned the most prestigious award in the home building industry - Honorable Mention by the National Housing Quality Awards (NHQA) in 2021.  As of present time, we are the sole home builder in Kentucky to clinch this prestigious award. This remarkable honor is typically reserved for much larger regional and multi-state companies, making this accomplishment truly exceptional. The National Housing Quality Awards scrutinized every aspect of our commitment to customer-focused quality, assessing its impact on construction, business management, sales, design, and warranty service.

James Monroe Homes underwent rigorous evaluation against a stringent set of standards that define quality construction and service excellence among home builders nationwide. This esteemed panel of judges, striving for the pinnacle of quality achievement in the housing industry, recognized the outstanding contributions of James Monroe Homes.

While we have received various local accolades, this marks our third national award. In 2018, President James Monroe was recognized by Pro Builder's Magazine as a Top 40 Under 40 Building Industry Professional. Established in 1993, the National Housing Quality Awards celebrate operational excellence among home builders throughout the United States. Sponsored by Pro Builder magazine and modeled after the Malcom Baldridge National Quality Awards, NHQA evaluates builders across eight key operational categories, encompassing leadership, strategic planning, construction quality, human resources, and customer satisfaction.
