Receive $10,000 Credit on Design Center Selections on New Build Contracts
The promotion is available on new home build contracts that are executed on or before May 31, 2024. When a home buyer spends $50,000 in Design Center Selections, the buyer will receive a $10,000 credit off Design Center Selections. The eligible selections must be made at the initial design center appointment after contract. The incentive is to be used toward Design Center options only excluding appliances, structural and custom options. The purchaser must pay 25% of full amount of Design Center Selections prior to the discount being applied. The buyer must use FBC Mortgage and must qualify for appropriate loan and financing terms. The home must close on the date set by the 30-Day Letter to receive this credit. Restrictions apply.
