Magnolia Pointe Move-In Ready Home Close Out Incentive

To close out the Magnolia Pointe community, James Monroe Homes is offering buyers of all active move-in ready homes the opportunity to choose between one of the two following promotions:

1. Seller will provide 2% interest rate reduction on behalf of the Purchaser for year one, and 1% interest rate reduction for year two of the mortgage.

2. (OR) Seller will pay up to 2% of loan amount towards Purchasers’ Closing Costs and/or Prepaids.

The purchase contract must be executed on the home between August 15 and September 30, 2024. The home buyer must use FBC Mortgage and must qualify for the loan and financing terms. The purchaser must close by the date specified in the contract to receive this promotion. No contingent offers will be accepted.
