Receive $5,000 Credit on Design Center Selections on New Build Contracts

The promotion is available on new home build contracts that are executed between June 1, 2024, and on or before June 30, 2024. When a home buyer spends $25,000 in Design Center Selections, the buyer will receive a $5,000 credit off Design Center Selections. The eligible selections must be made at the initial design center appointment after contract. The incentive is to be used toward Design Center options only excluding appliances, structural and custom options. The purchaser must pay 25% of full amount of Design Center Selections prior to the discount being applied. The buyer must use FBC Mortgage and must qualify for appropriate loan and financing terms. The home must close on the date set by the 30-Day Letter to receive this credit. Restrictions apply.

Receive 2% Credit On One of Select Move-In Ready Homes

This promotion is available for home buyers on the purchase of one of six move-in ready homes: 424 & 428 Friendly Avenue in Nicholasville; 900 & 913 Camden Court in Richmond; and 135 & 142 Nuthatch Trail in Georgetown. The purchase contract must be executed between June 1, 2024, and on or before June 30, 2024. The buyer must notify James Monroe Homes within 48 hours of contract signing, which one of the following promotions they will choose: 1. 2% interest rate reduction for year one and 1% interest rate reduction for year two of the mortgage; or 2. 2% credit of the loan amount towards buyer's closing costs and/or prepaid items; or 3. 2% credit of the loan amount toward new home enhancements. The home buyer must use FBC Mortgage and must qualify for appropriate loan and financing terms. The home must close on the date set by the 30-Day Letter to receive this credit. Restrictions apply.
