New Build Homes - Choose 1 of the following: Seller to pay Purchaser's closing costs OR Purchasers are to receive 1% of base price credit to be used in the Design Center. Under Construction Homes Less Than 30 Days from Close or Showcase Homes - Choose 1 of the Following: Seller to pay Purchasers closing costs OR Purchasers to receive 1% of contract price credit to be used toward new home enhancements.
