How To Record a Request on Your James Monroe Homes/BIA 1 Year Limited Warranty

At James Monroe Homes, your satisfaction is our top priority. To streamline the warranty request process and provide you with efficient service, we have established a dedicated Client Portal. This user-friendly platform allows you to conveniently record and manage warranty requests at your convenience. To maintain efficiency and accuracy, all warranty claims must be logged into the portal.

To access the Client Portal and submit your warranty request, please click the following link below. You received a Home Buyer/Owner Portal information sheet at your New Home Delivery Appointment on the day of closing that lists your username and password needed to login to the portal. Please review your folder from closing to locate this document. If you cannot locate it, please email and include your name and address. You will receive a reply with your username and password during our business hours.
