Our communities in Georgetown, Nicholasville, and Richmond are only a short drive from Lexington, KY, and share many of the advantages of the larger city. We are proud to share that Lexington has been named the #15 place to live by US News & World Report as of May 2024! This recognition is a testament to our area's unique blend of culture, economy, and quality of life.
What truly propelled Lexington to this top ranking was the ranking of No. 11 in the most affordable place to live category and a No. 13 ranking for housing affordability. Lexington's quality of life is also exceptional, ranking No. 29, and our job market is robust, coming in at No. 41.
