First Annual "Cookies with Santa" Delights Community

James Monroe Homes celebrated the magic of the season as we welcomed the one and only Jolly Ole St. Nick to spread joy in Barkley Meadows, Eastgate, and Magnolia Pointe during two Sundays in December! Santa Claus flew all the way from the North Pole to create special holiday moments with our community members, their families, and friends.

Our New Home Sales Consultants, including Kristin Murrow in Magnolia Pointe (Richmond), Misty Wyrick in Barkley Meadows (Georgetown), and Christina Shepard in Eastgate (Nicholasville), shared delicious Christmas cookies with our visitors in their respective model homes. We were excited to host this event as it brought neighbors together to celebrate the joys of Christmas.
